The conference will be a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning how the science of well-being is changing the lives of individuals, communities, and institutions around the globe – with a special perspective on what is happening in Nordic Countries and the wider European context - and a sharp eye on the rapidly approaching future.

With its broad main theme:

Nordic, European, and Global Perspectives

- the conference will cover subthemes such as:

o Evidence-based educational and professional application – and misapplication
o Cross-cultural and universal perspectives on positive psychology – what is the optimal balance?
o Nordic issues: Societies and institutional analysis
o The media – how they are energizing and depressing people
o The environment – what is the contribution of Positive Psychology?
o Art and Science in Positive Psychology
o And on the far side: Positive Psychology – is it a girl?
o Positive psychology towards 2025: Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats

Symposia, workshops, roundtables, individual presentations, and poster sessions will feature leading-edge research and upcoming talent, as well as good applications of positive psychology in a variety of fields – from education and leadership to business and medicine.

The internationally diverse audience will consist of researchers, clinicians, educators, students, business owners, coaches, consultants, medical experts – anyone committed to the science and practice of positive psychology.

We are anticipating an estimated attendance of 600 attendees from around the world. Be sure to reserve the dates for this unique opportunity to build relationships and bond with a truly dynamic group of the world’s leading scholars, experts, practitioners, and students of positive psychology.
