poster procedure

The organisers would like to ask all poster presenters to pay attention to the following guidelines for the poster procedure:

• Format: A0 (measures 118,19cm height x 84,1 cm width) preferably in vertical layout – see this link for good advice on how to produce the perfect poster: http://www2.napier.ac.uk/gus/writing_presenting/academic_posters.html

• Please bring your poster in a tube and hand it over at the conference registration desk on 23 June 2010 at the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel

• Please mark the tube with your poster number – VERY IMPORTANT

• Contact the volunteers if you wish the organisers to return your poster after the poster session. The organisers cannot dispatch the posters after the conference so make sure you retrieve your poster during the conference

• Poster sessions will take place all day on the 24th, the 25th and the 26th of June until 14.00 hrs. The posters will be placed in the lobby and the upper deck providing the ECPP-participants with ample opportunities to see and discuss the posters especially during coffee breaks and lunch
