gala dinner

The gala dinner will take place on the evening of June 25 at the impressive Danish Opera House. At 18.25 hrs. all participants meet at the water front of the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel for transport to the Opera House. A limited number of drinks is included in the menu, but there is plenty of opportunity to buy drinks at the Danish Opera House so it would be a good idea to bring your credit card or even better, Danish cash!

Please note that only conference participants, who have signed up and paid for the gala dinner, will be able to get access to the Danish Opera House as admission requires a ticket distributed by the organisers.
